like everyone said, glad you're ok. those scratches on the side fairing can most likely be buffed and touched up. and that tail can probably be fixed too. season is coming to a close, so jury rig it to last, then fix it over the winter. i just did a basic google search today on fixing ABS stuff and got some REALLY solid results. save the cash, put it towards some goodies and fix it yourself!!

 

too bad your not in cali, theres a guy around the corner selling a black tail for 50 bucks.

 

well i took the bike apart and it looks like the subframe is bent a little and the right rearset is pushed in and cracked.
nothning to major that i cant ride so it looks like u guys will see me on the road till it gets really cold and then i will fix it
