Default ? on Torqe Specs

So I have an 06 CBR 600RR...

Im replacing my stator cover.. due to the fact that I droppd my bike..and I also had it powder coated...
anywho.. twice now using two different torqe wrenches... I broke one of the screws on the stator cover...

what is going on..and what am I doing wrong...

any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Did you replace the bolts too...highly recommended, becauese of the risk of breaking them...they become brittle from heating and cooling all the time.

are you looking for a torque specs?...if you are they're 10ft lbs...per service manual...

I have the service manual...
I believe in my first original post.. i had stated that I had used two different torque wrenches...n both times the bolt snapped...

Just curious as to why this would happend..
