I bought the jardine f/e because I didn't want something tucked way under the bike where I may get hassled by police. Also because It allowed for mounting stalk type turn signals, however I ended up not being able to mount signals there as my micron slipon was a little too wide, so I ended up ordering a taillight integrator. They're not very expensive either compared to others I think I only paid $75 or so iirc...
I would have to say though if blue fox was selling his f/e before I bought the jardine I probably would've orded from blue fox.

CONGRATS !!! Velocity! Welcome to the Argh Argh world.
CONGRATS !!! Velocity! Welcome to the Argh Argh world.
Please no applause.
I have a dentist appointment tomorrow at 9am, so after that, or if it is raining like it's supposed to, on Saturday, which is supposed to be dry, I'll ride the bike home, taking the long way of course. Hehe.
I'll post some pics of both me, in full race/track day gear, and my new ride sometime Saturday afternoon.
Then after I remove the requisite, but un-needed things like side mounted reflectors, and get a decent undertail kit. More pics.
Then the aftermarket exhaust, seat cowl,...more pics.
Thing about this bike, I won't have to spend forever getting it to look like a serious bike, and with some Power mods, perform like one.
It already is close to perfect for me.
Whoo-hoo!!!!!!!!!!

Worked fine, but they agreed to replace it with a new one, no cost to me.
The tires are at my cost.
All told, I'll get out of there with this bike at approximately $4800.
Got the bill of sale here somwhere...

Actually, I'm postponing my dentist appt. until Monday, and picking the thing up tomorrow morning, the shop called late and said its
ready to roll.
Rain or shine, hell or highwater, my CBR 600RR will be in my hands no later than 11am Friday, December 14th, 2007.
Now I know I won't be able to sleep.
