do you have a power commander?

if so, hook up to your lap top and turn your key on. start the power commander program and at the top in one of the menues there is atab with set throttle posistion in it. click it. when the windo opens you will see a bar with numbers to the left and right of it, this is what the power commander is reading, the number boxes below it you can input the numbers from above when the throttle is at full closed and full open. i reccommend doing this with the engine off. let me know if this helps

are you doing this with the engine off?

you shoud turn the key on and run the program, open the throttle position re calibrator tool, and input the number on the left side under the closed side, then turn the throtle wide open and input that number on the open side.
