On my 04 600rr i have alittle too much play in the throttle. Does anyone know how to take some play out of it?

 

With the adjuster at the throttle barrel or at the throttle bodies. Either will work depending on how much you need to remove. Make sure when you are done that you swing the handle bars lock to lock while running to make sure it's not too tight and raising idle when it moves.
