Default Throttle cable replacement (03 600rr)???

Do I need to look out for anything when replacing both throttle cables on the 03 600rr? How hard is it and what amount of time is required and any specific pointers? I have a shop manual, but I'm just looking for advice before taking the bike apart?
TIA

I haven't had the pleasure of changing out the cable either. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

Great pic fretless but I would have said "you have to remove everything that is located on top of the motor." Before I saw your picture( I get all posts emailed to me first and they don't show the pics like the forum does) I thought the fix involved removing the head or "the whole top of the motor". LOL
