Default Side pipe protector

I am looking for something to protect th side of the bike where the pipe comes down. Usually the stock piece wont work with many aftermarket pipes. Am i wrong and where can i find something. This is my bike copy paste the link. I am talking about right above the right peg and below the seat. That part. With the stock exhaust it will have a black plastic piece that i dont have. Is there somethin that will work with that pipe. Let me know thanks

I think on the stock pipe it is just for looks. their is a heat shield behind that plastic piece and the plastic piece is just their to cover up the heat shield. Most people remove this when they install an after market pipe, not because it doesn't fit.

If you dont have the heat shield then the plastic piece would just melt from the heat coming off the pipe. personally I think your bike looks good without it.
