Should I use lube???
OK OK get your heads out of the gutters...I'm installing CRG levers and thought I heard or read somewhere that you should lube the contact points??? If this is the case what sort of lube should I use?
yes, white lithium is recommended. my pazzo's actually came with a little bit to apply. You should pick up a tube of white lithium, as it is good for most moving parts.
lithium should be used anywhere there is metal to metal contact/rotation and no bearings.
your factory levers have grease applied, and your factory foot controls have grease on them
also, while your at it, be sure to lube your clutch cable with some cable lube(not lithium). after I installed my new levers, I noticed the clutch wasnt quite as smooth as i wanted it, and the lever did not always have the appropriate "free play" unless I tapped it. after lubing the cable, its silky smooth and very easy to adjust for the correct free play.

My Pazzo's didn't come with any greese, but I had some (not the white litium, but traditional, like you put on bearings). I put a bit of that where matal might touch other metal without a bearing.
really, your pazzo's didntcome withthis little tiny ziplock bag with a shot of grease in it?
couldnt really use it, would have got more on my finger trying to get it out, luckily I have like a half dozen tubes of lithium in the garage. (I use to use it all the time at work)
