a guy on a little harley pulled up next to me thru the traffic and was like "thats a nice RR man!!" and i felt stupid, because i wanted to compliment his bike, and didn't know jack about it.

yah i fell stupid when that happens too, or when i see a nice bike, and i dont know what it is, i will tryo to find out later on the internet lol. so next time i see one i can be like ' o thats a nice v-star' haha.

Are there really people dumb enough to ride like that? I live in Louisiana (with a helmet law) but I can't imagine ever riding without my lid......
Same here, i just got back from vacation in FL and i must have been the only person with a helmet on the entire time, especially in the PCB area. Fu*k that, motorcycle accidents are gruesome enough, i'll keep my helmet on, thanks.

Also, funny story; i got pulled over for speeding in destin, he said i was going 10 over, but he just wanted to give me a warning. he said be careful, you're the only guy ive pulled over today who wasnt doing 100mph with no helmet on.

sweet, i got out of another ticket. not bad for someone who doesnt have **** ^_^

lol Speaking of all this waving nonsense. I hate when I'm riding, and like last second realize a bike passed me on the other side of the highway and he gave me the wave.. and I try and stick my hand out real fast, and I'm like man... that guy must think I'm a dick lol.
