rebuild
I'm a new fair new rider and just purchased a rebuild 03 rr. My buddies who are more experience ride say that something is wrong with my bikes stering arm. The bike rides fine at high speeds but at low speeds the bike doing small turns it give no resists in the turn. If you turn right or left the stering just go with the turn (almost like power stering). It hard to explain. But I'm wondering if this is normal or do I need to get this looked at. I havn't riden another rr and don't know anyone else who has one. Any thought will be helpful.

RE: rebuild
That's what I'm talking about, going through slow turns the bike turn very easy. Much much more easier than other bikes. When turn you slowly you almost have to hold the handles so that that it won't come around the touch the tank. Now is this as designed or is something wrong with the bike?

RE: rebuild
How slow are you talking? If you're just walking the bike the steering will act 'negative' but will go away around 15mph or so. Get the front end off the ground (per manual instructions of course) and make sure there's no play in the bearings. Sounds like you need a steering damper.
