price for new 600rr
i bought mine for $7700 is that good or not. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere i looked. They actually offered it at 7564 but after we fought over crate and asmbley it came to 7700
bought mine in Columbia, MO from a place called procycle. Bought the cheapest dealer in the states. they offer a low price but when you get there they try to stick you with. crate and assembly. They tried to stick me with about 400 in extra charges, but i held my ground and gave in when he made it just 136 extra. I was tired and said f it. I have blown more than that in one night. The website is http://www.procycleusa.com just check it out it might be worth the drive. They deal in volume so people come from cali, fl, you name it.
Hey wow, thats a great deal, you didn't mention if yours was an '04 or an '05. Anyways theres a dealer in town with a price tag of $8799 + including fees for an '05 CBR 600 RR. I was wondering if this... Procycle website that you mentioned was really a good place? Tell me how the process went into buying the bike, was there a catch? How come they're one of the cheaper dealers on the market?
it was an 05 600rr no defects or nothing. It wasn't even on the showroom floor they pulled it out of the warehouse. They advertise $7499. Then you call and they will tell you they add on 65 for paperwork fees. So then you say ok. Don't bother asking out the door price, because they will tell you that is out the door price, but thats just out the door sale price. Then when you get there to the dealership they wll take you to an assesorries (i can't spell) desk and ask if you need any aftermarket parts or helmets etc. Then after that you will be ready to sign the paper work. Thats when they spring about $400 bucks worth of crate and assembly cost on you. I got out of most of this buy arguing with the guy. He came down to $136 worth of charges and i said ok. Which made the total price $7700. Thats how the deal worked for me. A buddy bought his dirtbike there and got out of the extra assembly charge completely buy covincing the guy he would leave instead of pay. So who knows. Worth checking out just thought i would share the knowledge.
P.S. - They deal in bulk so they don't have to make so much on each bike. people come from all over the u.s.a and even canada they say to buy from them.
