You must first install the programming from the disk toyour computer.

As long as your Power Commander came with a 9Volt adapter, get a 9volt battery and hook it up. Then attach the supplied USB cord the both your PC and PCIIIusb and let the fun begin. Follow the directions.

I installed the Jardine RT-1 slip-on map to my PCIII last night. Took a total of 5 minutes start to finsh. So simple, even a Caveman could do it.
