Default 'No Cut' frame sliders

Had a set of these come with my bike though not fitted.

Apparently they are no cut. Didn't come with any brackets/spaces etc.

Where would they attach to?

The only place I could think of is picture below.

mine came out were the cooling hole is in the middle of that fairing. It should clamp around the frame right around there, you will have to pull the fairing off to mount them.

How do the no cut frame sliders hold up on the RR's. I've heard they cause more damage than good on the F4i.

Yeah I've seen pictures of them coming out of there Cobra.

But because there is no brackets - just the **** and a bolt - I assumed it couldn't go there as the fairing would have to be cut.

Buddy of mine had a set on his where you'd bolt a bracket to the engine block holes, and the bracket would extend out beyond the fairing, where you'd attach the puck. He hit some sand on a turn going like 20, and dropped the bike. The bracket slipped upwards, cracking a huge chunk out of his fairing. yeah, the slider did its job and saved the frame, but it still screwed the fairing up anyway, so seems kindof pointless to not just cut them. It's super easy; I did mine without any experience doing that sort of thing, and it looks totally stock.

I think no cut sliders doesn't do as good job as cut one. It is not that hard to cut a hole. And my cut slider did great job when I got into accident
