Default New slip-on ordered...Thanks for all the advice...

Hi all,
I have a carbon Two Brothers M-2H V.A.L.E. slip-on coming in the mail (part 005-120407M). I've been hemming and hawing over this decision for months, and appreciate all that has been posted here (I did MANY searches).
You guys have been a big help. I know everyone has their own opinions on exhausts, and slip-ons. I'm mainly going for the sound (purely aesthetic reasons).
Thanks to the advice found here, I think this will be a good one for me. I really liked the look of the two-barelled D&D, but learned they might be far too loud for me.
Anyway...thanks to all those who've been so helpful and patient with their exhaust posts in the past (a lot of "oh no, not another exhaust question!" :-) ).

Do you happen to have a picture of that heat shield mod? Sounds nice.

I also have the 2 brothers exhaust and I love it(put it on 2weeks ago). Putting it on wasnt to bad... I cut my heat shield long before I bought my pipe. I will post pics tomm. to show you how I didmy set up. Only took about 45 mins to take old pipe off and new one on....The most time consuming part was taking off the seat and the platics and foot pegto get to the old pipe. Again, I didnt have to deal with cutting the heat shield so that might take you longer. good luck....ride safe

Hi all,
My 2Bros came in yesterday and I was able to put it on last night after work. What a great look (especially with the trimmed heat shield), and GREAT sound.
Thanks for the advice and help for this project.
Time to stop writing and go riding :-)
The new pic is in the sig (just took it!)...this is the old pic...
