Default Need map

Have no money to custom dyno my power commander. Powwercommander.com doesnt list for a yoshi slip on. RS-5 to be exact. Didnt know if anyone has already found one that works well. Or has one of their own. Budget speed is the name of my game.

you can use another slip on map and it should work. if youre not happy with it, just use another one. im using the jardine one right now. just to clarify, i do have the yosh pipe

Just use the full system Yosh map. It will be fine.

Yes but I heard if you run the full yoshi map with a slip on it will run tooo lean? Thats what I heard.

why would you want to run a map for a full system when he only has a slip on. i belive that i will run rich. just use another slip on map

The only way to get your bike run near 100% effeicency would be to get a custom map. That would be a waste of money in my opinion, if all you are running is a slip-on. Yes a full system map may run rich. You can download all the maps and try out each one and see which map suits your bike. Loading the map from the computer to the PC is very simple.

Put full map on just to see and just revn to about6500 started a backfire. Ive got the Jardine map on now and it seems to be a decent fit. Pulls much stronger in higher revs and seems to start power curve about 1000 rpms quicker. I mean I know the dyno be the way to go but moneys tight. I heard that the yoshi header is only like a mm or 2mm difference from stock. Is it the midpipe not downpipe that you gain most power? Header too of course but maybe just midpipe purchase would do a lot. With this new map and the 1 down 3 up its pretty beasty.

Use the Jardine slip on map. Its the closest to my bike (rr w/rs5 slip on) that they have on their website

usually about 350 if you search it. go to ebay and search. All powercommanders are the same. They just preload stock map from your bike and give you others.
