300 to install WOW, think he would throw it in for free if u are buying the bike... what about a used 05 with low miles, might save you some money, also ya get the pipe off a website or ebay and do it yourself u will save hundreds and learn about your bike,

 

I bought my 1000RR from Southern Honda as well. I asked them to install some aftermarket stuff and they were going to charge a premium too. The lesson to be learned:

DON'T BUY AFTERMARKETS PARTS FROM A DEALERSHIP AND HAVE THEM INSTALL THEM.

They don't discount parts at all and will charge you $60+/hr to install them.

 

Not to mention everything they replace as a upgrade they keep....

Not that I would switch back to a stock exaust or whatever...just good to have around in case of a wreck or for selling on ebay..

I got my 03' cbr600 rr for 52k, he wanted 6k for it....you can got down couple of yrs...

with 10k miles

 

since a new 07 is out, they will need to get rid of the old ones so expect to knock about $1500-2000 easily on MSRP

 

so 5200 for a 03 with 6000 miles and brand new tires (never touched the road) is good from a dealer?

 

Right now i can get a 06 1000rr for 9700 out the door with 2yr warr. This is at A&b cycle in mobile Al.
