Default leaking radiator fluid:-(

Hey everyone, I am having some problems with radiator fluid. I seem to be leaking when i ride. Over the course of the last 3 months, My radiator fluid slowly leaked until it was empty. I filled it up about a month ago with regular car fluid(read a post on here saying it was ok), and again the level has dropped. Any ideas? Cheap fix?

I know it doesnt leak when sitting, cause I keep it parked in my kitchen and I would know if green slime was on the floor.

Thanks for any help, I know you guys can figure it out.

i had a problem a while back with my 05.. one of the hoses under gas tank was lose or something i tightened it and check the rest of the hoses makse sure they are tight too. check them all. it is a pain in the *** taking it all apart but it will save you a bunch of money and a little bit of pride doing it your self... also check your oil also because you might have a bad gasket or something.. could be draing into your engine.. good luck...

your gonna have to find the leak, try idling it at park. you should see tthe dripping when engine is running. If you dont ever find the drip it could be a bigger problem i.e. internal leak, head gasket, etc. Does your exhaust smoke? If you happen to find a pin ***** in your radiator and its accessible, there is this compound you can buy to fix it. I used it on my beater truck and thought "no way is this gonna work". Hasnt leaked since. Bought it at NAPA.

Hope this helps a little.

thanks for your help everyone so far. hopefully its just a loose hose. I just changed my oil and there was no green in there, so i dont think its getting into the engine. Also my exhaust does not smoke. thekid, How much did u have to remove to get to ur leaky hose?

Thanks
