Jerking from 03 600RR?
Not sure why it's jerking... does it do it all the time? Under all different kinds of take-offs? What happens when your cruising along and just dump the throttle? Have you checked your slack in your chain and made sure it's within' specs and not getting chain lash?
Checked with my friend and a Two Brothers exhaust was recently installed on the bike. Plus theres black smoke that comes from the exhaust...The seller says it'll go away after a while. Thoughts?
how's your chain slack? within specification?
about the exhaust. does the bike have a PowerCommander installed? Be sure the mapping is correct. what other modifications are done? intake modifications? a slipon will change the fueling ever so slightly. it may run lean at low RPM, perfect at mid RM and super rich at high RPM... you need a PCIII installed to correct thins trend. also, shorter velocity stacks will produce a rich/lean situation as well.

Knightslugger- There is no Power Commander installed. I will be upgrading the air filter though to a K&N, per my friend's recommendation. Now, will it hurt if I don't install a Power Commander anytime soon (i will be running in low RPMs initially btw haha)? Will there be an ECU problem ?(I only say that because I'm relating it to a car. Whenever you install a catback or intake, ECU upgrades are normally performed) Should that be needs for concern? Thanks

Read up on what the Powercommander does. it's not an ECU upgrade, but rather a fuel delivery controller.
If the exhaust is only a slip-on (muffler), do I still need a Power Commander? Sorry for the 20 questions but I need to make sure. I'm assuming if it's a catback, then it would need one but if its just the muffler, is it necessary? Thanks.

cars and bikes are two different animals. a slipon would be like a cat back. but on rr you have the 421 headers. so like he said read about the PC3 and look at the different maps then take it to a AUTHORIZED installer and dyno and have it done.. also check your chain slack like he said. u can find the service manual online if you ont already have one.
Good luck man!
