You can buy the buttons, clips, and caps. Replaced them all when I bought my 600RR.

 

Take the cover off and see if the little white plastic piece that sits right behind the rubber buttons are still there and not fallen down in the cluster. Mine stopped working and thats what was wrong with mine, but i didn't get to it in time and my rubber buttons fell off. So if anyone knows where I can get some new ones please let me know.
