so i was following the adjustments that are on this link just wondering about the fron spring preload it says 2 lines showing.. now i have an 06 and well inverted forks. was curious if somebody could give me a bit of assistance and tell me how many turns and from what side (hard or soft). i have everything else set just not that. any help is appreciated.. thanks

Too properly set your preload, first you have to have your sag set properly for YOU. Those settings aren't for everyone, you gotta set up your suspension according to YOUR weight and riding style.
