more seat time is the only way to "graduate" and even after you think you have been riding long enough to be considered a "intermediate" rider thats when you need to focus even harder when your riding. if you start to feel comfortable on your bike to the point you lose that lil bit of fear then your bound to get hurt. when you really become a good rider it wont be because you have gotten rid of the fear but rather learned to respect it and control yourself .

keep going man you have a long time to get better (hopefully) and yes riding can take alot out of you , this is a sport not a game .. you have to come prepared ... good luck

You need a LOT more time on that bike. exhausted after 25mins ? intermediate ? dropped 3 times ? im going to leave this thread and never come back.

Definately I agree, need more time on it and also need to build up more endurance.

yea ive been on a couple 3-4 hour rides and never really been that tired, but i guess everyone has a different tolerance level to riding
