How to unrestrict Japanese 2012 cbr 600rr

I am in Japan and bought a Japanese model 2912 cbr 600rr but it has a speed limiter on it. How do i bypass this limiter and have the bike be normal ?

I had a brand new 2008 as my first bike, traded it after realizing I was too young for it. I'm so so ready for another one. My 500F will hold me over.

switch out the ECU for a US/EU spec version - you should also check the cam part numbers as well, I don't believe they are different but...
