holy crap!!
so I got my hotbodies flush mounts last month.....they were broke when they came..... hotbodies would not send a replacement without charging for them first....told them hell no.....fixed the flushmounts myself.......... hotbodies went and shipped another set.... they also charged my account and over drafted it without asking or me giving permission.....WTF are these guys firing on all cylinders???
I'd tell the bank what they did and call hotbodies and tell them that they are going to pay your overdraft. The same thing happened to my brother last year. It was an engine rebuild kit from summit racing and they charged and sent him 2 kits, he only ordered 1 so he called them back and told them what happened they said that they would pay the shipping back for the one kit but wouldn't do anything about the overdraft. He fought with them for a little while, try to get a manager of something, and they finally paid the overdraft since it was thier fault in the first place. If you told them no, then they have no right to access your account.

Also talk to your bank...they might reverse your overdraft charges if you show wasn't your doing and am working on it from your end also...happened to me once and my credit union picked up half of them...better than nothing
i work at a bank and our policy is that if it's an 'unauthorized debit' we will credit back the amount to your account. that is after you fill out one of our wonderful forms though
most financial institutions have this policy in effect so just tell your bank that you did NOT authorize that transaction and they should take care of you.

i "normally" waive OD fees in these situations. i say "normally" because there are instances where the customer is a repeat overdrafter and is just wanting to get out of fees in which case... DENIED.
