Happy birthday 05RR!! Yeah like BlueFox said, if you want to match your pucks to your bike, your better off getting the hard plastic/delrin ones that'll do their job, and then just paint them silver or whatever colour to your liking. But remember, black goes with everything.

ohh man,,, so frame sliders are for the frame. i wouldnt ever come up with that.
anyway, the protection they provide is minimum but its better than nothing. yes, sliders will protect your frame/engine case and plastics from CRACKING but that does not mean that they will not get scratched or scuffed up. scars on the bikes are better than cracks with oil leaks, no?
all i will add is this, frame sliders are useless against a front collision. agree?

freestyle extended sliders are nice, you can sit on your tank and use the slider as a foot rest...

Are hollow frame sliders easier to replace than full sliders are?

i think that RG make the best ones. check them out. i got them from this shop in pleasonton bcuz its a short trip over there, but they have pretty good online service ema-usa.com
