Default help with set-up

I need help in a bad way. Ive been reading all the post on set-up and im clueless. I am a big boy 6-2 and 280lbs I am still riding on the stock set-up and tire pressure. if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. Most of my riding is in town but I am getting into the whole stunt thing. any help would be great thanks.

Default RE: help with set-up

I am curently doing the same and I am 220 I will let you know what I get set up so that you can have a general Idea where to start to help out until then Look up sport rider magazine and go to the suspension section. Be sure to read it all twice before you start to adjust and after you get everything out of wack then they have a section that tells you what the settings are to start with again, Ive been working on this for a week and now Im getting new tire so this weekend I will dial in my suspension and give you what little I learn
