Default Help with powder coating

Well I just found out my best friends work can do some powder coating at his work for free so I am think of getting my rear sets and passenger pegs done and possibly my clutch cover. The only problem is I have never taken any of these parts off of my bike yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I dont know if this is a difficult task or not. Is there anything I should know when doing this? I have a 06 black 600rr
