Default Help Please!

I just completed a coolant change on my 06 600RR. Haven't managed to take it for a ride yet.
I drained the coolant from water pump and block, then filled the radiator with the a 50/50 ratio of distilled water and antifreeze, started the engine, and let it run for about 2-3 minutes, as stated in service manual (including blipping the throttle); I then proceeded with installing the radiator cap and putting the bike back together. My questionis regardingpurging the system of air, running the bike for 2-3 minutes resulted in a coolant temperature of around 65 degrees celcius (149 fahrenheit); I'm now questioning whether I ran the bike hot enough to purge all air from the cooling system. I did add a small amount of coolant to the radiator as the level dropped, but am wondering whether the level would have dropped more once the bike had reacheda higher temperature.

It's got me a little worried now...

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
