Do '03 600RRs have helmet clips? I look and look and I don't see... sigh...[>:]

yeah seriously how can i hang my helmet off my bike while i ride down the freeway and look cool if there is no helmet clip.

look for the loops under the rear seat

Yea under the seat...i never use them anyways...my helmet is always on my head..or in my hand when im noton my bike.

My 04's is under the rear seat. Its funky but works.

Haha it's funky because it's not meant to clip your helmet to. There is a cable (came with the toolkit, i know some didn't get a toolkit) that you use to hang it. The cable is braided steel so that someone can't just cut it and go. I've seen people run it through the d-rings on their chinstrap, or actually run it through the visor around the chinpiece. Just hook both ends of the cable to the hook under the seat, put the seat back on, and go.

Damn.....My bad. I seen the little hook deal and figured that was what it was for. Thats what I use it for when parkin in a parking lot. Thanks for clarifying. I didn't get a tool kit with my bike.

No problem, hope i didn't come off as an ***, just tryin to help. You should be able to pick up a cable at a stealership for next to nothin i would think.
