Pull the plug off. Take the rubber boot off. You'll notice a springy type wire -- this is hooked into a little slot and keeps tension on the bulb. Press in slightly and to one side and when you let off it'll pivot down. Pull bulb out. Voila. Oh, make sure to wear gloves and clean bulb with alcohol before reinserting. Hot spots from dust or oil from your fingers can cause them to blow.
