hey guys well i picked her up at about 11 this morning 06 cbr600 i love the thing so far but as i rode more today i noticed that the front was making a noice like the pads in the caliper were rubbing the rotor, is this normal for a new bike like i need to ware down the front brake pads some?
if anyone could help me out with this that would be great, if not im going to ride it back to honda tomorrow and have them check it out

 

this happens on mine too it is just the noise of the pads rubbing ever so slightly nothing to worry about it will do it forever

 

ok cool thanks i was just worried cause it gets pretty loud.but i didnt know if it did it to all the 06's or not

 

This happens on mine too, I took it to the dealer they said its normal and no problem.

 

I got the perfect fix for that. Get a loud exhaust

 

I had the same Q about 3 months ago. It's normal. You're good to go!!
