Buddie at work found a 2005 RR with 312 miles on the od, ya 312 miles,the dude has a medical problem and has to sell the bike.... he's asking $3000.00 for an RR with 312 miles on it, like brand new, is this a steal or what ?

 

That does not sound right...way too cheap. If it's leggit though, you should definately pick that up.

 

Sounds like a scam. Probably doesn't have a title.

I agree, that's too good to be true. the medical problem sounds too convenient. there's a hidden wart somewhere on the bike. id pass it up.

 

+1, I agree with above statements as well, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

 

Ask for a picture of the vin # on the frame and the ask for a copy of the title to seee that it matches if it does then schedule tio visually see it for yourself. But in honesty i wouldn't waist my time.

 

a copy of the title? i have never met anyone that is that nutty to give someone a copy of their title just because they asked.
