Fuel leak, struggling to find part

OK, those are good numbers, so not likely the battery. So what happens exactly when it's cold and you try to start it? Any sounds?

here's a video of what it does, sorry for the quality my camera got messed up by not using a phone mount dampener.
At first it doesn't engage then it tries to turn over a few times.

For comparison here's how it starts once the engine is warm, engine temp was 148 F in this clip and it started no problem.

sounds like starter-clutch is slipping.

I think that is a bad starter, or at least the starter drive. The starter relay is working fine.

The starter motor is brand new is it possible I got a dud or something else going wrong?

Also before I replaced the old starter it was doing the exact same thing, so I feel like it's an issue with something else because it's making the exact same sounds with no differences as before

The starting clutch is what transfers the drive from the starting motor to the engine. It allows the engine to turn and not cause the starter motor to continue rotating. It is often done by way of a one-way bearing. It spins freely in one direction and locks in another. Yours may be bad.

The starting clutch is located behind the Right Crankcase cover.
