ok which frame sliders do you guys recommend i get
I've crash tested a set of Yoyodyne sliders in a 30 mph low side and they did exactely what they're suppose to do...saved bike from major damage!

i think i may somday change to the vortex ones because i think you can change the puck without having to take the whole slider out with the vortex??? it was kinda a pain to put my plastic back onwith the sliders in.
The vortex sliders will let you replace just the puck. On the right side, the mount for the puck is held in place by a pinch bolt. The left side will come off with the puck, but it's easy to remove/replace with the plastic still on.

Nice, way to take one for the team.... testing sliders at 30 mph.
