Default Fender Eliminator Worries

I just bought a Fender Eliminator for a 2005 600 RR from eBay and just from the look of it seems like it will fall off. All I received was an adjustable ring that fits around the exhaust and a metal bracket to attach to the ring and the license plate. Has anyone used a similar product? Or does any one know of another product I can look in to, not too expensive (I just bought the bike

I've got one and if it's the same thing, it tightens down just fine and doesn't budge. I got mine from Larry at www.sprengineering.com. I have a pic of mine in my photo gallery.
