Yeah thats about the only thing I didn't like. I only wan't them for the side fairings. I bought my bike used last year & there are a few scratches I wouldnt mind not seeing this year lol. I just didn't worry about it last year cause I'm still new & thought I might drop it. Now I'd like a nice scratch free bike haha.

I can think of alot better ways of spending $500... especially if you only need side fairings..

unless fairings description say oem there is almost always fitment issues, thats why their cheaper! if you look at descripion of any non oem fairing, it always says professionalinstallation recomended, because some mods (spacers/shaving) will probly be needed for clean seams from one panel to the next! BUY OEM, SIMPLE INSTALL (NO MODS AT ALL) AND BETER OVERALL!!

The tail doesn't look that bad...it actually matches the lower platics perfectly. I agree with Carbonrr though. I'm sure you're spending soo littlesince frustration during install will outweigh the low-cost plastics. The red doesn't look high-gloss though. IMO, pass on the deal. I'm sure it seems like a great price for a full set of plastics, but rest assured there's a reason why it is...

+1 on fitment frustration

there has to be issues w/ the fairings if the price of a full set is less than the front upper oem piece.(imo)

good luck in your descision tho

Thanks guys, you pretty much thought what I did. Not to sure about a whole set ofafter market non oemfairing coming together right lol... I was just hopeing by chance that someone may have used them and had something possitive to say. I'll just hold off on those.just gota new icon daytona stealth jacket anyways haha.

Oh yeah no one in his comments on ebay had anything to say about the fit of the fairing just a bunch saying "good quality"

You can get ones that will say oem fitment and abs plastics. Those usually work out pretty well.
