Default Electrical issue on my 05 600rr

I bought this 600rr several months ago with a blown engine. I did a full teardown and rebuild and now the fresh engine is in the bike and ready to go. Everything is plugged back up but the gauge cluster comes on and nothing else happens.

The fuel pump will not prime and the starter will not kick over or even attempt to.

It has a full tank of gas.
Fresh battery.
Getting power to kill switch.
No power to fuel pump or starter.
The 2 or the 3 relays on the clutch side of the frame are getting power. The one with the brown wires is not getting anything.
All fuses are good.
Starter relay is getting power.
Headlights, taillight, signals, everything works.
Neutral switch is good and reading.
Oil pressure switch is hooked up and reading as well.

I am completely out of ideas.... Any advice or things to try would be great.

Nevermind. Reread what you said. Key on, the pump should prime.

BAS is a possibility. The bank angle sensor is designed to cut power to the fuel pump if it thinks the bike is tipped over. Or if it's missing and wasn't properly bypassed. Or if it's malfunctioning

What wires do I need to jump to bypass it? Or do you have an idea on how to tell if the BAS is bad?

How do I go about testing the BAS?

Never had reason to mess with my BAS so I can't tell you much about it. I just know it's one of the things that'll keep the pump from priming. You can try searching for bank angle sensor and I'm sure it'll dump a ton of threads.

I bypassed the BAS and still nothing..

If a turn signal has a bad connection can that cause this issue?
