Default easy to stall when hot

sometimes when my '05 rr reaches 220 degrees or so and the fan comes on, i notice it's easier to stall. i go to give it gas and it dies. starts up right away. it never stalls any other times. anything i should check out?

is it normal to be running in the 200's just driving around town? cause my R6 would never get up there unless it was extremely hot, but my RR does. just wondering...
