Default do the gov't seixed auctions work?

Looking for a bike and came across this government seized and reposessed motorcycle site. Of course it costs money for a membership. just wondering if anybody has had any experience with these and whether or not if they really do have motorcycles? The site is http://www.car-auction.com/searching.php

Im pretty new to this site but i have always had the expirence that if someone couldnt pay for the thing they probably didnt care to treat it how it is supposed to be treated. I would look the bike over really well if you do decide to buy a bike from them. Who knows you may get a good bike at a cheap price. Luck plays a big role in it i guess

I was thinking of doing something similar to find a cheap bike to make into a track-only weekend racer.
