A little pitbull??? man u need him to be as agressive as possible, more like a pure breed adult pitbull...the state won't cough up no money if they can get a way out of it...anyways hopefully he can get you wat u are entitle to..

Sorry nickrach2001 the plastic on bothe sides and the tail needs replacing plus the raiator so can't help you out . As of today i still havn't heard anything from the state if they do contact me my lawer said to refer them to him and not to say anything. Heading to New Zealand in 12 days so hopefully can drive by then . Was sposed to be catching the end of there snowboard season with some mates... hope they have comfy bar stools

Yo man, glad to hear your ok. Good luck with the state giving you some money, probably be a pretty good fight though, since I wouldn't be surprised if they do everything in their power to make it your fault or loophole something ya know. Someone I work with was driving down the street in their car and hit this massive pothole and cracked her oil pan. Called the city and tried to have them pay for the damages. The city agreed that it was do to the street being all messed up, but the insurance company had something else to say. The insurance company said that since nobody had called the city to report the street damage, that the city wasn't liable for the damages. Damn technicalities! Hope it works out in your favor though. And yes, that makes it another sad day.
