Default Crankshaft/journal bearings

Hello there.

Rebuilding an engine I've had laying around here for a while, essentially at the very "start" of the process -- crank/crank bearings.

I've watched a few videos and know the general process, though need help with some specifics. I plan on using plastigauge to measure the clearances, though not sure if the torque to yield bolts will be reusable after tightening everything down to spec and then taking it all off, etc.

Obviously torque to yield bolts can't be re-used after they've been .. uhh, "used" (in a running engine, etc) but as far as just installing and tightening everything down for the sake of this measurement, do I do the extra "however-many-degrees" after the correct torque on the bolts is set? Or is it just .. torque down to the correct ft-lbs and then remove to check the clearances?

(2007 600rr engine)
Thanks much!

-Dan
