Default bike wont start need help

I just took the head off and had the valves adjusted and before I took it apart I marked where the cams and the timing chain met to make sure to put it in the right spot. It's all put together getting spark and fuel and it tries to fire but just doesn't seem like it has enough juice. I'm gonna try a couple more things but most likely I'm gonna have to set the timing again just need to know exactly where the dials are supposed to be etc cause every car slash bike could be different and I want to make sure before I set it like a car its an 06 600rr. Please help I've been waiting to get it back together for a while and I just want to ride Haha

I moved this here to the 600RR section. I figure you'd get more specific info faster here. I'm sure someone will chime in soon.
