Default Bike seems sluggish after oil problem

I was riding my bike today and the oil cap somehow backed its self out and came off. I pulled over and shut the bike off after my little oil bath(bike only ran a max of 10 seconds with the cap off.) I went and got some oil and filled it back up.(no I didn't drive the bike there). Got it back to the full mark and headed home. Its only about 2 miles. I thought maybe from re vibration at higher rpms caused the cap to come loose so I decided to crank her wide open. I throttles it wide open in first and it seemed sluggish so I let off and it seemed like the rear tire wanted to lock up( it acted like ABS on a car when you hit real hard). I then tried it again in a higher gear and it just seemed real sluggish like somethin was holding it back. Is it caused by what happened with the oil. I also got gas could it be bad gas. I recently changed the sprockets also to +1 -2. Any help is greatly appreciated. I vowed not to ride it anymore until I change the oil with good quality oil and new filter. Also its not making any knocking or pinging noises. Everything sounds good and I know what a bad more sounds like and everything sounds good.

How much oil came out? Even 10 seconds is enough to mess up your engine if it isn't getting oil.

Not to much oil came out.Could it possibly be that I put to much oil in. I thought oli could see it in the sight window bit it was dark and I was using ny cell phone to see. Maybe I did put to much oil in and from talking to people that would make it sluggish like that. Or the ethanol that is in the gas. I filled up at a sheetz

When you filled the oil was the bike upright or on the kickstand?

If you went +1 front and -2 rear the bike would have slower acceleration.

Change the oil and make sure that the bike is upright when you fill it up, not on the kickstand.
