I saw you previously rode the 08' 250R, I love the 250's, havent riden the new 08' and up models yet, but have had a couple, an 03' and a 06' older models.
They're great dependable motorbikes.
Here's my old gal, all spruced up. Pretty much with every after-market performance part available lol (Not pictured, full Muzzy exhaust)
I used to accompany a bud of mine to Harris Hill in Texas, for his track days, and a older guy and his son could be seen there almost weekly riding their 250R's, LAPPING, not just passing, but lapping some liter bikes.
Amazing stuff, really pushing those bikes, flicking around on the turns like nobodies business lol, you could hear them ramming the RPM's and redlining, wringing out the heck out of those two twin engines, just the way these bikes like to be ridden.
It was friggin amazing, I wish I still had my 250R, actually I'm thinking about buying a pre-08 model and suit it up for a track day this spring.
Planning on keeping the 250R?
