I would stay with the stock size. If you change, it may affect handling. As far as the numbers, the 190 is your width in mm and the next number is the height of the sidewall compared to the width. Say you have a 190/55-17, That means the sidewall is 55% the width of the tire (55% of 190mm). And of course 17 is your rim size. Someone please corect me if im explaining this wrong. Again though, I would stay with the stock size.

If your asking about tires..then the best bet is to stick with sotck size because as mentioned it will affect handling and it may make things a lil more hectic with the swing arm going with a wider tire..

Yeah, it'll fit but it doesn't mean that it's right. If you squeeze a wider tire on the same rim, the center contact patch is now more narrow since the section radius has changed, ride height and geometry will also be compromised. Stick with the 180/55zr17

I think I've seen this one before

Doesn't a wider tire effect your turning?

I think wider tire will add to your Bling Factor!

Switching to a 190 rear is possible and is pretty much a track/race thing and it's suppose to give improved turning and grip, but you can't just spoon the tire on and expect it to work great for you, you have to do some suspension changes to get it to work right...for the street, I'd stick with stock.
