ok call me stupid, dumb, jerk-face idiot or just plain gay.......but i never check the rectifier before with a voltmeter wat am i to do?? I am pretty new to workin on bikes so go easy fellas.

ok so i was planning to get multimeter to check the battery and such..this weekend

but i was at walmart with my wife today and i figure maybe buy one of those cheap battery chargers. so i bought one and charged my battery. an hour later its fully charged i thought that was pretty quick. so i go out and reinstall the battery. Iflip the switch and she starts right up. so im wondering it cant be the battery right? must be the chargin system thats not keepin the battery charged. i hope its neither and all it was is the battery needed a full chargin.
