600RR to 1000RR
Just wondering how many of you want to switch up to a 1000 or have from the 600. I have been riding my 600 for about 3 months and i am kinda wanting a 1000. I am trying to talk myself out of this. Maybe you all can help. I know if i did this i would loose alot of money. So please let me know what you all think. THanks

if your thinking about switvhing up stop u think its just a bigger engine and the only difference is more power at the throttle and your right but its too much for u to handle try switching after a year or more

RE: 600RR to 1000RR
To each his own but I can't see how you are wanting a 1000rr 3 months after getting your 600. I bought my 600rr in February and even though I feel MUCH more comfortable and confident on it now than on the first ride I honestly cannot say that I'm even close to reaching its potential. I have a little more than 1 inch of untouched tread on either side of my rear tire but I still think its going to be awhile before I will need to move up to a litre-bike. Not speaking from personal experience, but from what I've read here, the chances of losing traction on turns while on a 1000r are much higher. Maybe you want to do fewer gear changes or what the higher top speed (both of which are cool) but remember that your chances of getting yourself in trouble increase proportional to the increase in power. I know I would. How many people can actually say that they've wanted more power than what the 600rr offers, upgrade to a 1000rr, then never use it? If you do decide to go with a 1000rr please give it even more respect than your 600 when you first bought it.
