Get a 01-03 F4i in excellant condition. Save yourself the big payment and higher insurance. I doubt you will ever use the rr's advantages, hardly any first rider would unless they are used to speed. Personally thats what i would do, now after almost a year of riding i think im ready for a bigger/better bike

 

Yep - i'd go for the RR. I'm only 5ft 7in tall & at first the height of the RR's seat used to catch me out a couple of times but i soon got used to it. Have fun, stay calm & enjoy the ride.
