Default 520 Chain Conversion

I've read a lot about people replacing sprockets and changing to a 520 chain. What advantages does this have over the stock chain?

Default RE: 520 Chain Conversion

a 520 chain isn't as wide as the stock 525 so its lighter. Lighter rotating mass means its easier for the bike to get the wheel moving.

Like Woody wrote, less unsprung weight, but for the street no advantage at all...not even on the track if that was the only mod you did.
