that's kinda gay!! so you're saying the government allows you to kill people abroad (middle east) and also kill people here in america with your polution? just because you're military i dont think you have privileges to be waived from emissions tests on cars. i have relatives who still have been in the service and they still do their normal smog checks

Oh God. we are not killing people with our polution. The whole smog this is a F*ckin scam. for example, my dad has a 98 nissan frontier, just had to get it smogged. Every single thing passed, but because his gauge cluster was messed up they wouldnt pass him. because there was no speed sensor. what gay sh*t is that?

and if you have a problem with military having special privileges, go join your self and you to can have your "special privileges"

My understanding of 49 state bikes is that if you purchased the bike in those states and want to register it in California it can be done only if it has over 8k miles. Now even though the add states it is under 12k he probably tried to register it with under 8k.Only then can it not be registered in California.

As long as it has over 7500 miles you can register in California with no probs at all!

Just put the bike on a stand, and let her idle in gear for a couple of hours (with a big *** fan in front)
or better yet...
go to a track and ride the **** out of her until you rack up the miles you need to register it as a "used" bike 8K miles
