Default 2Tone Paint

Now I've only ever seen one car where I live with this, and apparently 2Tone paint is VERY expensive. I don't have the money atm to even think about getting it done, but if I did, I'd probably get my bike done! What a head turner.Looked on the net, and can't see any websites that advertise selling the paint, all I know is that it costs plenty . Example:

A lot of the paint these days is house of kolor. These guys have been mailing me with all sorts of information on their paint, they have some sweet stuff you should check out. They've got paint that when you touch your hand to it or sun touches it changes colors.
LINKY...

If you wanted the kameleon look without the cost the thing you can have done is a pearl paint job. GMC has a few cars that have peral in them and they look good and have a color transition but it's not as intense as the chameleon look. You can also get different colors that the paint transitions to. Check out ford motors version/mystic....

Depending on color it could look awesome as the curves and different light angles would allow a dramatic color change. Personally i'd just get a metallic or candy apple paint job though....

BTW the price on their paint are actually really good. To paint a bike you woulnd't need too much especially once the paint is reduced and what not. If you were looking for some pearl I'd try these guys. The powder is super cheap and it looked great on my bike!

Here are some links...

blue pearl
green pearl

Their prices have gone up since I used them but it still adds a lot of character to paint that would have been boring and if you want something that nobody else has all you have to do is pick a color and than add that to the clear. Dependent upon how many layers of clearcoat the painter puts on will change the look. My painter only put a layer on so it looked great but didn't do as much of a change in the light as I would have liked.
